No one really knows what’s going on. I waited for 6 hours With my poor dog sitting in her crate one time in case they had a cancelation, just for them to tell me the person who did the health certificates wasn’t even there. I had given birth 3 months ago and was very obviously lactating through my dress. Hurting, miserable. When I went to ask questions at the desk they were rude and brushed me off. Truly the rudest and ugliest people I’ve ever met. I wouldn’t even trust them with my pets at this point. The base in Georgia is amazing! I’d drive the 8 hours before wasting your time with these horrible and rude people.
