I use to love this vet clinic but after 2 bad experiences over the past year , I am very I happy. Last summer we boarded our three dogs which we had done many times before . When we returned , we were charge 100 for 3 bottles of trazadone, our dogs were drugged the whole five days we were there. No one called to tell us this ahead of time, we would have returned home. Then we were told couldn’t board them there again because they were snapping at them , probably because always putting pills in their mouth . In March, we decided to try again with them, my 16 year old cat Nija was really bad and decided to euthanize her. The experience went well that day so we thought things were better. Savannah did her paw prints right away and gave us instructions on baking them, so we have her paw prints and pics before she died .i have been calling for her ashes which I paid for. Twice I was told was calling and checking on them . This week they inform me a boy in a white shirt with brown hair picked the ashes and the paw prints up a few weeks after she died. Then they call h my son. He is my great nephew, never wears white shirt and has blond hair. He is developmentally and mentally handicapped, he does not drive or have a car and no family member took him out there. I asked him about it. He does not know the name of the vet clinic or the city it is in . All I want is for them to take ownership of the mistake and quit blaming my nephew because obviously didn’t pick paw prints up since I already had them. I feel they need to refund my money but they say they can’t fix the problem . We are now using a different vet. We have other pets that have gotten ill and needed euthanized and have never had this issue. I am so upset , not because o don’t have the ashes but because they can’t own up to a mistake and make it right
