The staff at Heartland Vets office makes sure to treat your fur baby like it's one of their own. My fur baby has had an on-going issue, and they have worked with me to get the correct medication, show me how to use the medication, and continues to check on her after the visits to see if there has been any change. Every staff member that I have worked with has answered my questions, showed me tricks, and put my mind ease. I would also highly recommend their puppy daycare program, I have a very anxious dog whom originally wasn't enjoying the larger group sessions at daycare. So they have created an alternate plan for her so that she is comfortable during her stay. I can't say enough positive things about this practice, vets, and care staff.

The staff at Heartland are all very friendly and attentive to your needs during your visit. The doctors are caring and compassionate. Taking the time to explain the treatment process and procedures. The follow up call the next day exhibits the amount of the time, effort, and care they invest into keeping your pet happy and healthy. I would definately recommend Heartland Vetinary Hospital to anyone who is needing care for their furry family members.
