This place is a total scam. My husband spent over 2.5 hours there yesterday for bloodwork on our cat. Vet ran tests on him we didn't authorize and trust me she made sure we got billed for them. Save your money and time. They don't care about your pet all they care about is their bottom line.

Dr. McClain and vet tech Kara were out to our farm yesterday to do a fall checkup and teeth floating. It was the best equine vet appointment we have ever experienced. They were so good with our horse and donkeys. It's the first time in years that we were able to do all of the vet work in the barn aisle because they took the time to develop trust with our little herd. They were thorough and explained everything that they were doing. You've gained a new client!

There are simply not enough words to express our gratitude to Dr. Adrienne Denzik Robertson and the entire staff at Bannon Woods Veterinary Hospital. Just a few months ago, we believed we were facing the heartbreaking decision of saying goodbye to our beloved French Bulldog, Ellis. She was suffering from a combination of IVDD, liver disease, and BOAS, and we felt we were running out of options. By what feels like God's perfect timing, someone I had worked with more than 20 years ago saw a Facebook post I made about Ellis. She reached out to share her son's experience with his dog, Spike, who had faced similar challenges, and connected us by phone. That conversation led us to Dr. Robertson, and it truly changed Ellis's life. From the very first visit, Dr. Robertson gave us hope. Through stem cell therapy, red light therapy, a carefully managed medication regimen, and an incredible amount of compassion and expertise, Ellis began to improve. Today, just a couple of months later, she continues to get stronger. We have never known her to feel or move as well as she does now. The comfort and joy of seeing our little girl happy again is overwhelming. Dr. Robertson didn't just treat Ellis—she gave our family more precious time with a dog we love beyond words. If you have a pet with a complex condition and feel like you've exhausted every option, don't give up until you've spoken with Dr. Robertson and her team. We will be forever grateful for the care, knowledge, kindness, and hope they gave us. They truly changed Ellis's life—and ours.
