The crew at this vet office is top notch. Very friendly and professional. They really deliver personal attention to you and your pet, spend time talking and finding solutions. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Scott!
Dr. Scott is one of the best vets I have ever been to, he has been compassionate to not only me when I had to finally let my first girl go, but to every single one of my cats that I have brought in. He practices because he loves animals and it shows.
When I moved to Frankfort from Colorado 3 years ago, I took my French Toast in, who had been receiving a newer medication for arthritis before I moved, I was amazed that Dr. Scott was willing to start ordering the same medication (not previously used in the clinic) to continue treating her. He helped me every step of the way as I navigated the last few years of French Toast's time here as she aged.
When it was time, Dr. Scott moved his schedule around to see her that morning and treated me, my family, and French Toast with immaculate empathy, dignity, and respect. When I first came into the clinic, when I moved, he told me that he would do everything he could to keep her thriving and comfortable and when it came time he would let me know. He followed through on that and I couldn't be more grateful. I got 2 years more with French Toast because of Dr. Scott.
Dr. Scott knows me, my pets, and explains his thoughts and clinical choices in a way that I can understand and make informed decisions with. He gives me opportunities to ask questions and give my thoughts.
Sometimes the clinic is overwhelmed with the amount of animals that need care, but they can admit and take accountability for mistakes/misunderstandings and do their best to make it right. They say what they mean, mean what they say, and make every effort, within reason and capacity, to follow through on promises made.
Frankfort vet clinic is run, at it's core, with a deep and evident passion for caring for animals and helping their humans navigate animal care. I am truly grateful for the team here. My babies, Artichoke and Giblets, have a vet care family here and I'm grateful they do.
I cannot say enough about Dr. Scott and his staff. Their love and compassion towards Bently, my cat, and I were heart warming and comforting during a very hard moment. Thank you so much for helping me through that visit and being such amazing people. I will never forget your kindness 🙏🏼💝
I loved it great veterinarian he was awesome so was the staff!! I'll definitely be taking my fur baby in the future if and when needed. Charlie got 14 teeth pulled and 2 cleaned.iy cost me $482.00 and it was worth every penny didn't realize how much pain he was in I am so glad I can afford this at this time but I didn't like the fact he didn't call me when it was first 380 I wish you would have called and told me he needs to pull the teeth. But that's okay I had the money and I'm glad I had the extra hundred because if I didn't I don't know what would happen I wish you would have called.
