We took our dog here for the first time. You could tell they are animal lovers. Very happy with care our dog received.

The receptionist was able to get me in the same day to the emergency of the situation and the intake staff was very kind. The Vetranarian was also very kind and gentle with my injured bird,Nico. Great staff and Dr.

We had such a wonderful experience today! Our dogs have always been very anxious at the vet and would typically lunge and react during visits. Today was completely different. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and genuinely happy. I truly believe the relaxed environment made all the difference. The veterinarian had such a kind, gentle demeanor, and our dogs seemed to sense that immediately. They were noticeably calmer and behaved better than they ever have at a veterinary appointment. It was such a relief to see them feel more comfortable instead of as fearful as they’ve been in the past. The entire staff was friendly, caring, and made me feel like my pets mattered. We're so grateful to have found a clinic where our dogs can receive excellent care without so much stress. Thank you for making what is usually a difficult experience such a positive one. I highly recommend this clinic.

I have no quarrels with the staff since they've been curious and pleasant during all visits or phone conversations. My only issue is with their "policy" which is merely an opinion of the owners in reference to requirements of treatment when the owner requested more detail but is told "ingredients are trade secrets" and they cant be open to the public. Well, if thats the case, how am I suppose to make a thorough decision for my animal if ALL of the information is available and now my dog suffers because you refuse any treatment until I give in to big pharma (and associates) demands by sticking my dog with unknown substance in order to be elegance for any surgical procedures. Question... do you still do general evaluations without all of the animals "recommended" vaccines?
