We were referred to Bach Veterinary by a friend, made the trek from Cincy and were not disappointed!! They made us feel so comfortable from the minute we walked in the door. They genuinely seemed to care for my dog and were so helpful in their suggestions for what my dog needed. Our appointment was yesterday, and even before midday today the Doc called to let me know the results of the tests and had a medication that we needed a.s.a.p. So happy with our experience!! Thanks, Doc and Team!

Dr. Shepherd was gracious and caring. She listened with patience, concern and understanding. She respected the fact I'm am a single mom on a budget and discussed options and pricing before proceeding with anything. Her staff was absolutely amazing. They were extremely efficient and compassionate. I will be back for any and all of my pet's needs as well as referring anyone that asks for a good Veterinarian to Dr. Shepherd.

Dr. Bach is thorough, compassionate, understanding and loves my puppy and all animals. The care my puppy gets is excellent and I highly recommend Dr. Bach and his staff. I have owned two dogs in the past, going to other veterinarians, but Dr. Bach is the best. Trust me, you will not be disappointed. I rate this group A++++.
