They will sell your email info to multiple pet insurance companies, prescription services, etc, that alone is enough for a 1 star. The services are predatory, with click bait emails using your cats name in place of stories where other cats have been hurt. Things like "(your cat) has been hit by a car!" right in the top of your inbox... This used to be the best vet in the area, but as the mother and daughter than run the place take a step back, and hire more staff, they're just not the same quality. Be prepared to wait 15 - 45 minutes to get into your appointment every time. In 5 years going here, I got in ONCE on time. Bloodwork jumped 100% in cost in the same month, same blood test. Go somewhere else and save your time and a buck.
