crappy clinic, staff seems like bringing in your pet is such a big inconvenience for them, never bringing any pets here again. rather drive 2 hours away to clarksville clinic who is 20x better than this dump.

Had a PPE done on an expensive horse i bought by Dr Caleb Jenkin July 2026 ..I wasn't able to be there since I live in TN....He called and told me he was completely sound...all four legs were good and passed the flexion test....when the horse (Bugsby) arrived to me in TN, he had bad dropped fetlocks which was left out in his report and wasn't discussed in the call...Both this vet and the seller will not respond to this problem...not sure of my next plan of action but I most certainly plan to pursue this matter since the horse is unridable

My girlfriends and I's cat went in to get neutered and he came home quivering and covered in his own pee while all the staff didnt seem to care. They didn't even do any bloodwork before his surgery even though my girlfriend requested the pre-surgery bloodwork and when she asked them how much he weighed they said "oh well we didn't weigh him." A couple years back her dog went out there and they misdiagnosed him repeatedly and had this not happened he'd most likely still be here today. She had hoped maybe they had changed but it doesnt seem like they did. She even had to pay extra for a pain shot. Completely unprofessional and disgusting behavior and treatment to animals. These people only care about your money, not their patients/your pets.
