Skyline Animal Clinic

So I've been coming to skyline animal clinic for years now. I've never had a problem before with them until now. I was told if I called them when i got to my appointment, they would come out and help me with my cat and dog. (Dog is 82lbs and likes to pull) so I called and was put on hold, not a big deal, so I waited. Then they hung up on me. So I went inside (took me a while because i had both my cat and dog with me and no one even opened the door for me so I struggled. And people just WATCHED me struggle.) Then when I got in there I explained what happened with the phone and all she said was, "oh really?". She never even apologized to me or anything! The appointment was normal and the vet and nurse i saw were both great. As I was leaving i struggled to get out the door again and again, no one helped me. So I guess they just tell people they will help to get them through the door? Im not sure but I was very unhappy with how I was treated. The first person who hung up on me couldve apologized or something. She also couldve helped me instead of watching me struggle. There were 2 people in the front waiting room and not 1 could help??

I really appreciated how compassionate and helpful the staff was throughout the whole visit. You can tell they genuinely care about the animals they treat, and that meant so much to me as a pet parent. 🐾❤️

Came here for an acute emergency issue that another local service could not manage! I just found my new vet! wonderful quick kind .. couldn’t be more pleased.
