I cannot say enough wonderful things about this veterinary team!! They truly went above and beyond for me and my sweet cat when we were in a very stressful situation. They were able to get us in same day for a potential emergency, working around their already busy schedule to make sure she was seen. When we arrived, everyone was so incredibly kind, compassionate, and genuinely caring. You can tell that these people truly love animals AND the work they do. What meant the absolute most to me was how understanding they were about my financial limitations. They worked with the budget I had and still provided my sweet girl with thoughtful, thorough care. I never felt judged or made to feel bad about what I could afford. Instead, they focused on helping my cat, keeping me informed every step of the way, and providing guidance on next steps. Their communication was wonderful, they answered my questions, explained things clearly, and treated both my cat and me with so much kindness and care. I am incredibly grateful for everything they did for my cat. It is such a comfort to know that there are veterinary professionals who care not only about the animals they treat, but also about the people who love them too. Thank y’all from the bottom of my heart for taking such wonderful care of my baby! I would wholeheartedly recommend the West Kentucky team to anyone looking for compassionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring people to care for their pets!!

We absolutely love Westuck Veterinary! Our fur baby, Luna, has been a patient here since she was just five months old, and we couldn’t imagine taking her anywhere else. Dr. Amanda Ervin is incredibly kind, patient, and thorough; she always takes the time to explain every detail of Luna’s care from her routine vaccines and check- ups. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure we feel comfortable and informed. The entire team from the front desk to the veterinary technician is wonderful. They are always welcoming, professional, and happy to answer any questions we have. What we appreciate most is the genuine compassion they show during stressful times. Whether Luna is coming in for routine vaccines, a minor sickness, or when she needed to undergo her spay surgery, the staff went out of their way to put our minds at ease. Their calm demeanor and clear communication made a world of difference during those moments. It is such a relief to know that Luna is in such capable and caring hands. They don’t have a doctor in house on Wednesdays! Heard only on Tues and Thurs?? You better coordinate your pet needs with calendar .. absolutely ridiculous! I had to take my pet to another care provider for an acute issue and these are my cats doctor!
