they put down my service dog without my consent. today is her birthday..they didnt even save her collar or ashes. I have nothing left of her. so my best friend, was just lumped in with a bunch of dead dogs and put into a dumpster

This happened a few years back but it still bothers me to this day…. At a checkup, the vet told me I need a new dog groomer because they have been using dirty brushes on my dog which gave him warts. Little did he know, I’m a dog groomer of 10+ years (meaning I’M his groomer) and sanitize my brushes religiously. Not to mention I use the same brush only on my dog and no other dog. I just can’t stand vets that blame us groomers especially when they usually end up being wrong. We don’t cause ear infections either, just wanted to put that in here while I’m at it.

I had a health scare with my cat a few weeks ago and the clinic has been a huge help ever since. I was recommended to them by my vet in BG to get him in ASAP. They narrowed down the issue almost immediately and he was feeling better within days. Their communication is great when he was hospitalized and I never felt brushed off. Gave me two calls a day for updates and sent photos along the way. Treatment was fairly expensive (to be expected, and beyond their control), but staff was good about walking me through each expense beforehand and the estimate was accurate. Everyone from the front desk to the medical staff was great, many thanks to them!

Dr. Todd is easily the least professional vet I've ever seen. Perhaps he needs a break to work on his bedside manner and steroid rage.

My 6 month old puppy was hit by a car, and luckily only suffered a shattered leg. The staff has been super helpful since the beginning. Everyone was fun, upbeat, professional and friendly. I can’t thank them enough, I took my doggy to them frantic, and they made sure my pup was cared for every step of the way. It’ll be a long road to recovery, but I genuinely enjoy seeing everyone’s smiling faces when we go back for his bandage changes. And as far as costs, everything is expensive everywhere. But I know my dog was loved and cared for, and that’s worth every penny.
