We cannot say enough wonderful things about Nashville Road Animal Hospital and Dr. Ellie. ❤️ When our cat shattered his leg, we were absolutely devastated and terrified about what his recovery would look like, we were referred to Dr. Ellie from our vet in BG and she took such incredible care of him and did an amazing job repairing his leg. From the very beginning, she was compassionate, knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything to us and answer all of our questions. Surgery went wonderfully, and we are so grateful for the skill and care that went into getting our boy back on the road to recovery. We know orthopedic surgery on such a small patient isn’t an easy task, and having a veterinarian we trusted completely made an incredibly stressful situation so much easier. The entire experience with Nashville Road Animal Hospital was wonderful, but Dr. Ellie deserves a special shoutout for going above and beyond for our boy. We are incredibly thankful for her and everyone who helped care of our Ozzy ❤️

I had. a TERRIBLE experience at Nashville Road Animal clinic. I had an appointment with “Dr. Ellie”. I arrived on time. After an hour of sitting in an exam room, Dr Ellie never bothered to see my dog or speak to my family. Dr. Ellie would send in a young girl to tell me what all expensive tests she wanted to do unnecessarily to my dog. Then charged me a lab fee AND a office visit although I NEVER saw a veterinarian. They ripped me off charging for a fee for something NOT DONE. I paid but I would never go back. I’m 75. This is the WORST veterinary clinic I have ever seen. Also, zero infection control. The vet put a stick up my dog’s rectum, then she put it in my daughters face under her nose. This place is outrageous expensive and the vet doesn’t see animals, only her young HS graduate. I wanted a veterinarian. Stay away from this place.

We are new patients of the clinic and had an absolutely wonderful experience with Dr. Ellie! We live in BG but were willing to drive for higher quality vet care, and it was 100% worth it! The pricing is very fair and transparent, and the level of care they give for the price is fantastic! We're happy to have found a great vet, especially having a special needs animal. To anyone in the surrounding area, I can truly recommend this clinic!
